PURPOSE:To constitute a foamed-forming device consuming less heat energy and having a short forming cycle by providing a pair of molds on the both sides of a rotary part at the center. CONSTITUTION:A pair of moving frames 5, 6 which move along a diver 4 are arranged on the both sides of a rotary part 50 which are installed on a holding frame 51 in a gyratable manner centering around a rotary base axis S-S, held by auxiliary cylinder mechanisms 53, 54 for position specification. Forming molds 10, 20 installed on a frame 5 are the rotary part 50 are used as one set for heating. While forming molds 30, 40 installed on a frame 6 and the rotary part 30 are used as the other set for cooling (but the molds 20, 40 are alternately used for heating and cooling by turning the rotary part 50 for 180 deg.). A foamed product made by the left-side set of the afore-mentioned device is shifted to the right-side set of molds by turning the rotary body 50, so that a cooling process is repeated to manufacture a foamed form. |
