<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of the molded stabilizer by providing elastic member at the mounting legs, nipping the legs through the member in a pressure molding die, thereby eliminating the contamination of the legs due to the leakage of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer body (iron core 1 and coil 2) are mounted at the first shielding plate 4, and the coil 2 is covered at the upper portion with the second shielding plate 5. The elastic member 11 is mounted at the leg 41 of the plate 4, and the leg 41 is nipped with pressure molding dies 7, 8 through the member 11. Then, it is resin molded. Thus, gap between the dies and the legs on the surface is eliminated, thereby preventing the contamination of the legs and the clogging of the mounting threaded hole, and integrating them with transfer molding or injection molding, and thereby improving the productivity.</p> |
