PURPOSE:To improve the operational property of a timepiece having the handwritten memorandum dispaly function by arranging mode-setting switches on the detecting unit which converts handwritten data into electrical signals so that the input pen can be used for both inputtig handwritten data and changing modes. CONSTITUTION:Switching electrodes are provided on polyester film, unde which address-detecting elements switched by the switching electrodes are arranged to form an address-detecting unit 9. Moreover, under this, a memorandum display panel 10 is provided stratiformly. To input handwritten data; a mode-selecting switch is changed over to MANU and a MEMO mark 8 is pressed with an input pen, before a PAGE mark 8 is pressed to set the memorandum input page, and then a WRITE mark 8 is pressed with the input pen, before data is handwritten with the input pen on the address-detecting unit 9. |
