Cut-out resistance heating element, especially for a domestic electric radiator, comprising a metallic blade (1) in which are formed two series of transverse intercalated slits (2, 3), these two series being displaced respectively on each side of the longitudinal axis of the blade, the slits of each series being extended to the corresponding edge (4, 5) of the blade in order to form an electric conductor of zigzag shape by means of the metallic strips (7, 8) which are located between the slits, this strip being bent along its length between its two edges (4, 5) which are disposed in oppositely-facing relation and substantially parallel to each other, characterized in that, in the curved portion (12) of the blade (1), the conductive strips (7, 8) are bent in some cases (7) inwards and in other cases (8) outwards with respect to the said curved portion (12) in accordance with a predetermined law of alternate sequence.</p> |
