PURPOSE:To make very strong the coupling between a resonator and a transmission line, by providing a recess at a part of the external side surface of dielectric substance toward the center axis and inserting the transmission line in the recess. CONSTITUTION:When a dielectric resonator is excited in TE01delta from the strip line as a transmission line, a recess SL1 in parallel with the plane E is provided toward the center axis AX of the dielectric resonator and a ceramic board CL forming the strip line is inserted in the recess SL1. In this case, since the magnetic flux near the strip line dielectric substance is denser, the coupling between the resonator and the line is made stronger. |
