<p>PURPOSE:To remove water content in a tyre easily by a method wherein a waste tyre picked up from a water tank is placed on free roller group, which is inserted between a fixed vice and a moving vice to oscillation. CONSTITUTION:A waste tyre A' picked up from a water tank is placed on free roller group E and inserted between a fixed vice C and a moving vice D. Next, a prime mover J is actuated to reciprocate a connecting rod G interlocking with a flywheel H and thus reciprocate a frame B by way of a wheel W provided on a fixed base O, thereby removing water content in the waste tyre A' through oscillation.</p> |
