<p>The machine has arranged in a straight line a feed mechanism delivering empty bags, and two filler units, level with each other, delivering weighed amounts of material into the bags. A combined transporter and distributor directs the empty bags to the filler units, and once filled their open tops are closed by a sealing unit. Between the feed mechanism and the filler units there can be an alignment chute, bringing the open end of an empty bag into a particular position, and having a plate inclined forwards with a stop at the lowermost end. The empty bags are delivered to this stop with their open ends downwards.</p> |
