<p>PURPOSE:To moderately take exercise by the sufficient physical exercise amount, by constituting the equipment so that the training can be made with the suitable number of pulses corresponding to the information as to a person's age, sex distinction, height, weight, etc. CONSTITUTION:When starting the training, the gear ratio is displayed 28 by inputting the person's information such as age, height, weight, etc., and the purpose to the input selective circuit 13 from the keyboard 14, and therefore the operation gear 27 is set to the gear ratio. And, the warm-up is made by operating the pedal 5 in accordance with the pitch sound for indicating a rotation of the pedal 5. In this case, the pitch sound and the display of the gear ratio are varied so that the pulses which have been detected by the pulse detector 7 become 110 through 120. At the time of training, the pitch sound and the display of the gear ratio are executed in the same way, and when the prescribed training time has passed, a sound informing of the end of training is given.</p> |
