PURPOSE:To enable smooth sliding by a method wherein a base body and a sliding body are composed slidably with each other in the molding process therefor and a molding flash is undercut by the concave part of the sliding body when the composed product is formed of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The base body 1 whereon a projection 4 for guiding the undercut sliding body 2 is formed monolithically in a part on the side of a slidable surface is molded primarily from synthetic resin within the 1st cavity of a molding dies. Next, in the condition that this base body 1 is inserted into the 2nd cavity 9 of the molding dies, the sliding body 2 is molded secondarily from synthetic resin between the slidable surface of the base body 1 and the projection 4. On the occasion, the secondary molding is performed under the condition that the sliding body 2 is positioned in deviation to one side by a prescribed distance l from an actual sliding position P1, that a slide core 8 is projected upward by the height h1 from the slidable surface 3 of the base body 1 and that a convex part 12 projecting downward by h2 from the lower surface of the projection 4 is provided. In this way, concave parts 13 and 14 are formed in the undercut part and one side part of the projection 4, whereby the sliding body 2 can be made to slide smoothly. |
