PURPOSE:To facilitate removal of a sheet in a concave part by giving a cut to the place of the sheet facing the concave part prior to the mold bonding in a method wherein the synthetic resin sheet is molded and bonded on a core material having the concave part for instruments. CONSTITUTION:The core material 1 is formed, for instance, of ABS resin on the upper surface of which the relatively large concave part 3 is formed for fitting the instruments and other members. The sheet 2 is the synthetic resin sheet to be molded and bonded to the core material 1, and these core material 1 and sheet 2 are placed on the top of the other and bonded by closing the upper and lower dies 4 and 5. The upper die 4 facing the upper side of the concave part 3 of the lower die 5 is provided beforehand with an edge tool 7 such as a heat cutter so that the slitlike cut 8 can be given to the sheet on closure of the dies. The vacuum inside the concave part is extinguished since the outside air is communicated with the inside through the cut 8, whereby the sheet can easily be removed. |
