<p>PURPOSE:To operate a wind collecting type wind-force device efficiently under a weak wind by incorporating one section of a building as one section of the wind collecting type wind-force device. CONSTITUTION:When an atmospheric temperature in a building is below a fixed temperature, collected wind-force is transmitted only to a generator 12 by means of a converter 9, a wind collecting engine functions as a wind collecting wind-force generator, and its generating power is accumulated in a power accumulator 14. When the atmospheric temperature in the building is above a fixed temperature, collected wind-force is transmitted to a vertical ventilating fan 10 by means of the converter 9, the fan 10 is turned, and air warmed in the building is discharged into the outside air from a discharge port 7. When the atmospheric temperature in the building is below a fixed temperature in winter, collected wind-force is transmitted to a pump 11 by means of the converter 9, a fluid warmed in an endothermic pipe 13 is moved into the building, and the building is warmed.</p> |
