PURPOSE:To eliminate dropping of magnetic wedge from a stator iron core and to continuously conduct the molding work thereof by molding the wedge with a mold, then inserting the iron core into the mold and integrally molding it with resin. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic wedge 5 for the number of slots for the stator iron core is molded with lower die 2 having a wedge pushing unit 1 elevationally movable and upper die 3. Then, the unit 1 is pushed up so that the inner surface of the lower die 2 may coincide with the inner surface of the unit 1, and the iron core 6 is so inserted into the lower die 2 as to be disposed within the slot at the wedge 5. Thereafter, the lower die is associated with the upper die 8, thermoplastic resin is filled in the mold, and the wedge 5 and the iron core 6 are integrally molded in this manner. |
