The vibrator comprises a plug (3) trapping, in a body (1), a ball (2) and a spring (4). When the ball (2) is between B and A, it is violently pushed by the pressure coming from B as far as A and C, causing the coil-bound (touching turn) spring to close the exhaust port (D) almost entirely. With the chamber (X) then being in the exhaust state, the reverse operation is performed. The vibrator may be used as a linear vibrating-rail mover (for handling components), as a mover for vibrating bowls or for small tools such as engraving pens. <IMAGE>
