PURPOSE:To shorten the time of substituting by writing an external memory unit only once at a time as to terminals during center substituting when there is a terminal which can not receive a broadcast telegraphic message. CONSTITUTION:When the center substituting indication is sent to terminal (a) among terminals (a), (b) and (c) during broadcast communication sending the same telegraphic message, a group of control slips A, B and C of terminals (a), (b) and (c) is written on MT (magnetic tape) as an external memory unit and then telegraphic message MD is also written. When terminal (b) that corresponds to control slip B is normal, telegraphic message MD is sent out without the substituting service. Next, when the substituting service indication is sent to terminal (c), rewriting is not done since control slip C has display (t) showing that the telegraphic message has been written on MT. Consequently, single writing operation of the external memory unit is enough and the writing time is shortened. |
