PURPOSE:To prevent the exfoliation of a coil insulator and to enable the continuous machining of a coil block for a watch by forming a circular magnetic material as a blank, machining it with compressing and pressing works, thereby forming a magnetic core of the coil block and forming the cross section of the coil winding in a circular shape. CONSTITUTION:A circular magnetic material 2 is used as a blank, is compressed at predetermined interval, thereby forming a flat part 2a. The flat part is then pressed, and lugs 2b, mounting holes 2c and continuously processing connector 2d are formed at both ends of the coil block. After it is magnetically annealed and insulated in this state, the connector 2d is cut, thereby forming the magnetic core of the coil block. Thus, the cross section of the coil winding becomes circular shape, thereby preventing the exfoliation of the insulator from the coil and enabling an full automation of the machining steps. |
