PURPOSE:To facilitate mass production, by vapour-deposited Mg alloy or a compound containing B onto the diaphragm surface of the metal or inorganic film and by removing Mg. CONSTITUTION:Since Mg alloy or compound containing B has a low melting point, the nichrome wire and so on can be used as the heating source for the vapour- deposition of Ti foil onto the diaphragm, and the device can be produced cheaply. For removal of Mg, Mg is scattered by high-temperature and short-time heating because the vapour pressure of Mg is high, and only B is formed on the diaphragm. Therefore, distortion is not generated in the diaphragm. Since Mg is oxidized faster than 13, Mg may be removed by dissolution in acid after Mg is oxidized selectively in the oxidizing atmosphere. Thus, the speaker diaphragm where the specific elasticity modulus is high and internal loss is a certain degree can be mass-produced cheaply. |
