PURPOSE:To avoid the shift of optical axis due to temperature variance and at oscillation and movement, by fixing the mirror mountings opposed each other on an optical base and making free the cylinder from the mirror mounting and optical base for expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION:Two mirror mountings 20 are fixed on an optical base 40 with bolts 55' by opposing the apertures 28 each other. A cylinder 30 which is slightly shorter than the distance between both the apertures 28 of the two mirror mountings 20 and almost equal to the external diameter of the aperture, is located on two fix stands 60' and held on the stands 60' with a flexible fastening belt 31. Between the mirror mountings 20 and the cylinder 30, a rubber link 70 which is flexible and wide is bridged to be airtight. The mirror mountings 20 are provided with a sample inlet 29 and outlet 29'. Since both the mirror mountings 20 opposed each other are fixed on the optical base 40, on optical axis shift due to oscillation is caused, and since the cylinder 30 is free of expansion and contraction, the optical axis shift due to the variance of atmospheric temperatures can not be caused. |
