PURPOSE:To conserve labor in a work for manufacturing the laminated iron core by laminating unit laminates formed of 2-3 sheets of iron plates of predetermined size sequentially in such a manner that the laminates are alternately displaced by approx. 4-10mm. in rihgtward and leftward directions, pressurizing the laminated iron core to adhere between each of the respective plates and thus forming a unit block and further associating the unit blocks. CONSTITUTION:Silicon steel plates cut in a predetermined size are superposed in 2-3 sheets thereby forming a unit laminate I, the laminates are laminated sequentially in such a manner that the laminates are alternately displaced by approx. 4- 10mm. in rightward and leftward directions each other thereby forming connecting parts Ia at both ends. After the unit laminates I are thus laminated in a predetermined height, the laminated unit laminates are sufficiently pressurized, an adhesive 2 is coated on one side surfaces of the respective silicon steel plates, and the laminates are thus fixed as a unit block A. When the blocks A are joined in a picture frame structure and are thus bonded to each other, a single-phase transformer iron core can be formed. According to this configuration the work for manufacuturing the laminated iron core can be accelerated. |
