<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to translate an idiom in an instant, by storing the information to be translated in the inside, and inputting the prescribed idioms so that the equivalents can be selectively output. CONSTITUTION:The information to be translated is stored in advance in the memory 11 inside of the translator, and the prescribed idiom is provided to the key input buffer 4 through the encoder 3 by operating the key input unit 2. The idiom from this buffer 4 is provided to the coincidence discrimination part 5 and the initial code conversion part 22, the address register 8 designates the address of the memory 11 by an output of the conversion part 22, and a word or an idiom to be translated, from the memory 11 is temporarily stored in the buffer 6 through the output control part 12. Coincidence of the contents of this buffer 6 and the idiom of the buffer 4 by the key input is discriminated by the coincidence discrimination part 5, it is provided to the display control part 19 together with outputs of the buffers 15, 18, and the idiom which has been input to the display part by the key, and the idiom to be translated, from the memory are displayed at the same time by control of the control part 19.</p> |
