<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-seal lid member excellent in flavor retention, heat- sealability, easy openability and dusting resistance, by a method wherein a heat- sealing agent layer consisting of a specified thermoplastic compound is provided on a flexible base. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic compound is obtained by blending (A) 98- 60wt% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 5-30wt% of vinyl acetate and having MI:2-60g/10min and (B) 2-40wt% of a hydrogenated vinylaromatic polymer having a hyrogenation ratio 30% or more and a molecular weight of 500- 1,000, as shown by the formula (wherein R1, R2 are each H, 4C of lower alkyl; R3 is 4C or lower alkyl; k is 0-2; n is 1 or more; m is 0.1). Subsequently, an intermediate layer 3 consisting of either a low-density PE having a density of 0.915- 0.94g/cc and MI:2-60g/10min, or a ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 10wt% or less of vinyl acetate and a heat-sealing agent layer 4 consisting of the above-described thermoplastic compound are provided on a flexible base 1 of an Al foil or the like through ah anchoring agent layer 2.</p> |
