The distributor consists of a rectangular box (1) with an open top and a front panel extending part of the way down the front of the box. The centre of the bottom edge of this panel is fitted with a semi-circular opening. A platform (5) is fitted in the bottom of the box and has a sloping top surface. The front of the top edge (2) is slightly lower than the bottom of the front panel. The platform also has a front panel with a central hole (3) extending into the platform and the panel.
