PURPOSE:To obtain the composite body having a homogeneous foaming structure with spherical foams by a method wherein the liquid foaming material discharged behind a facing material is dispersed all over the back surface through a lining material and then is filled into the remaining part by a special structure stepwise when it is foaming. CONSTITUTION:The facing material 1 such as an iron plate etc. is fed by a feeding mechanism 4 and liquid foaming material 6 such as polyurethane and the like is discharged from a discharger (a) behind the facing material. The foaming material 6 is pressed by a dispersing roller 7 while being cleamy yet through a lining material 2 such as the craftpaper and is dispersed on 80-100% of the area of the foamed body formed at the back. During the gel time when reaction and foaming is made, the remaining 10% or thereabouts (another 10% foams or disperses after passing the roller 7) disperses at the position of a correcting roller 8 to fill 40-60% of the whole capacity. Thus, the foam structure is forced to be deformed and pressed so that 20% of the capacity is filled before it reaches dies 10, 11. At the inlet part of the dies, 20-40% of the remaining capacity is filled before the end of the gel time and the rise time is completed to obtain the adiabatic composite plate. |
