The low energy consumption motor comprises two independent motors, one of which is driven by a battery so to provide a current supply for the second motor. The motor assembly includes rotor discs (4) that have positive and negative magnets arranged as an annular permanent magnet system (1). The motor is fitted out with fixed hollow discs having excitation windings located in recesses in the hollow discs.
