PURPOSE:To switch recording and reproduction simply in excellent manner while connecting recording and reproducing amplifiers to a head in common use for recording and reproduction, by blocking a fine signal with a nonlinear element and switching an FET through the control of the potential of source. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 8 is connected to a contact 9, the first stage N type FETS of a reproducing amplfier 2 is cut off because the source is at high potential to avoid a recording signal from being flowed to the amplifier, which is fed to a head 1 in common use for recording and reproduction via a nonlinear element that blocks a weak signal in antiparallel connection of diodes d1, d2. When the switch 8 is connected to a contact 10, an FET5 is conductive to apply the reproduction signal from the head 1 to the amplifier 2, and weak reproduction signal and noise interrupted at the element 6 do not flow to a recording amplifer. Accordingly, the switching of recording and reproduction can simply be made in excellent manner, while connecting the recording and reproducing amplifiers to the head in common use for recording and reproduction. |
