Title compds.(I) were prepd. by reaction of L-lysine and 7-(di-α-aminophenyl acetamido) deacetoxy cephalosporanic acid monohydrate. Thus, 18.2 g L-lysine chloric acid salt and 30 ml water were added to 12 g triethylamine and stirred at 30≦̸C for 1hr and mixed with 7-(di-α-aminophenylacetamido)deacetoxy cephalospocarboxylic acid monohydrate to give 39.3g 7-(di-α-aminophenylacetamido)deacetoxycephalospocarboxylic acid lysinate.
