PURPOSE:To enable only the owner of a mobile terminal and a person who obtains the permit to use the mobile terminal, by transmitting a mobile terminal number and its mnemonic number when a connection request is sent from the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION:When mobile terminal number 2 is previously sent to connection controller 4 in exchange 14 via control-channel radio equipment 3, a communication channel to be used is reported to mobile terminal 1 and at the same time, communication-channel radio equipment 5 and dial receiver 7 are connected together. Next, mobile terminal 1 sends the mnemonic number and the dial number of called telephone set 9 over this communication channel to connection controller 4 and a check on whether previously receiver mobile terminal number 2 and mnemonic number 8 have been registered is made by using mnemonic number registration memory 11. Only when previously registered mobile terminal number 12 agrees with mnemonic number 13, the connection is permitted, so that a person who does not know the mnemonic number can be prevented from using the terminal without permission. |
