PURPOSE:To improve the utility efficiency of a pumping light to the vicinity of 100% by forming a penetrating hole at the center part of a resonance cell, disposing a filter cell in the hole and disposing the lamp therein. CONSTITUTION:A large penetrating hole is formed at the center part of the resonance cell 25, and the filter cell 24 is disposed in the hole. The lamp is disposed in the penetrating hole of the filter cell 24. For example, the solar battery 28 is disposed around the cell 25. Since most of the pumping light emitted from the lamp 21 passes through the filter 24 and the cell 25 to reach the solar battery 28, the efficiency becomes high. Since the distance between the lamp and the cell is short, the light intensity becomes strong and the resonance sensitivity becomes also high. Accordingly, the utility efficiency of the pumping light can be improved to the vicinity of 100%. |
