PURPOSE:To make it possible to know the size and direction of a copying material immediately by providing a means of indicating the size of the copying material under an original platen and then by making it possible to observe its indication through the platen. CONSTITUTION:As cassette 11 containing A4 size copying materials is loaded in the copying machine, projection 12 of cassette 11 closes microswitch 14, whose closed- circuit signal permits the prescribed circuit to turn on fluorescent lamp indicator 4a, 4b, 4f, 4g, and 4h and also LED6 at the same time. Those lighting positions can be observed through original platen 3(7) and the size and direction of a selected copying material can be known at a time. |
