The elastomer shock absorber comprises a compressible filled elastomer container into which extends a shaft under the effect of outside forces. The head (3) of the shaft (2) has from one surface (8) a set of through parts (4) running towards the chamber (10) with a movable disc (5) and a throttle (11) on the side facing the chamber. The throttle (11) has the movable disc (5) positioned between it and the ported surface (8). The movable disc (5) has a recess (18) on its side facing the head surface (8) whilst the head also has a recess (17) in its surface (8) touching the component (5).
