PURPOSE:To enable to insert and synthesize the picture of a tested personnel and a hair model even to an arbirary hair color without a feeling of incompatibility, by using a hair model signal as the signal switched to the video signal of the tested personnel as it is, in a device which inserts and synthesizes the tested personnel and the picture of a hair model on a television screen. CONSTITUTION:The picture of a tested personnel picked up at a color camera 1 is recorded in a still picture memory 2. Further, a video signal 15 reproduced with the still picture memory 2 is fed to a synchronizing signal generating circuit 4 to produce a synchronizing signal, and the video signal of a hair model is obtained by the synchronizing operation of balck-and-white camera 3 with this synchronizing signal. An arbitrary chroma signal is added to this video signal with a chroma signal generating circuit 5 and an addition circuit 6, and it is switched 7 with the video signal of the tested personnel as the video signal of a hair model having an arbitrary hair color. |
