<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the insulation supervising of high-voltage power distribution lines under hot-line work by providing a remote controlled switching mechanism between the primary side neutral point and the ground only to the specific transformer for grounding and inserting the series circuits of capacitors and resistances at all times to the other transformer for grounding. CONSTITUTION:Of the transformers 3, 3', 3'' for grounding provided to the main distribution lines 2 and branch lines 2, 2', 2'' connected to the secondary side of an electric power source transformer 1, 3 is defined as the specific transformer, and an electromagnetic contactor 5 as a remote controlled switching mechanism is provided between the primary side neutral point thereof and the ground, and is controlled from an operating electric power source unit 8 by way of a control cable 7. Further, a capacitor 4 of a large capacity and a protective arrester 6 are inserted between this primary side neutral point and the ground, so that the primary side neutral point is directly grounded at all times and is insulated in regard to DC from the ground only at the measuring. Series circuits of capacitors 4', 4'' of a large capacity, and resistance 10', 10'' besides protective arresters 6, 6'' are connected to the other transformers 3', 3'' so that the primary side neutral points is insulated in regard to DC from the ground both at all times and at the measuring.</p> |
