PURPOSE:To lessen the insertion loss of a piezoelectric ceramic resonance element and to miniaturize a piezoelectric ceramic filter by bending an insulating sheet in the shape of a piezoelectric ceramic resonator. CONSTITUTION:To ends of wiring paths 11 and 11' formed on one surface of insulating sheet 10, both ends of piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 12 provided with electrodes on its top and reverse surfaces are connected and fixed electrically and mechanically by conductive adhesives 13 and 13'. Next, insulating sheet 10, bent in the shape of piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 12, is connected and fixed to wiring paths 11 and 11' by conductive adhesives 14 and 14' to stick the other surface of piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 12 and then insulating sheet 10 is wound and pressed. Consequently, a gap is generated between piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 12 and insulating sheet 10 near the center of element 12 as its main vibration part and no pressure is applied to the main vibration part. Additionally, winding insulating sheet 10 attains work in the shape of piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 12, miniaturizing the element. |
