[Also in Division C3] A polyamide moulding composition P comprises 0À01-10% weight of a mixture M of: mould parting-agent(s) A compatible with and having an emulsifying action on P; and mould parting-agent(s) B incompatible with P. By weight A/B may be from 0À1 to 10. Mixture M may be incorporated before, during, or after polyamide formation. A may be an alkoxylation product of one or more fatty alcohols, fatty acids, alkyl phenols, fatty-acid amides, or fatty amines, e.g. as referred to in Specification 1,160,036. B may be a paraffin, polyethylene wax e.g. with M.W. 2000-1200 or esters of mono- or di-carboxylic acids. In examples, the polyamide is polycaprolactam.
