PURPOSE:To increase the reliability of an optical disk device, by mounting the disk device to the optical disk recorder/reproducer while being stored into the dustproof container. CONSTITUTION:The optical disk device consists of the optical disk 1 and the container to store the disk 1, and the container consists of the base 8 and the cover 9. And the turntable hole 12 plus the head groove 13 are provided at the bottom part of the base 8 to have contact to the inner bottom surface to store the disk 1. When keeping the disk 1 in custody, the dustproof cover 17 is mounted on the bottom part of the base 8, and both the hole 12 and the groove 13 are closed to prevent the intrusion of dust. The cover 17 is removed when the disk 1 is mounted to the optical disk recorder/reproducer, and the container guide hole 15B provided at the bottom part of the base 8 is matched to the guide pin. |
