<p>PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy for the point of editing, by controlling the production of both the stop command signal and the recording start signal via the up- down counter in the VTR or the like. CONSTITUTION:The tape is rewound with the stop command signal 7. In that instant, the up-down counter 13 counts up the timer pulse 1 with the control signal 14. And when the count value 16 reaches the fixed value e.g. 10sec, the signal 7 is delivered from the circuit 19. And the signal 14 is inverted in accordance with the reproduction mode of the VTR. Thus the counter 13 counts down the the pulse 1. And when the count value 16 reaches the fixed value near zero, the recording start signal 10 is delivered from the circuit 20. Thus the VTR proceeds to the recording mode.</p> |
