<p>11079-C SECLUDED CARRIAGE MOUNTED CUTTER BLADE FOR A TACKY FABRIC DISPENSER An improved dispenser-cutter for rolled fabric materials, particularly tacky materials such as waximpregnated fibrous paper, which comprises a cutting blade mounted on a slideable carriage reciprocally movable between a cutting position wherein the blade is exposed and a retracted position wherein the blade is shielded by a blade guard, the carriage including roller elements arranged to guide the material to the cutting disposition, hold it during cutting action, free it from the cutting blade and position it against snap back after the cutting action, for easy safe access in subsequent dispenser-cutting actions and to deviate accidental injuries to operators from cutting blades as normally used, prior to the time of this invention, for such cutting-dispensing operations.
