PURPOSE:To obtain a recovery tire processing metallic mold which is so designed that its skirt section, which is to contact side wall section of a tire to be recovered, is provided with an insulation processing so that thermal conduction to the tire side wall is alleviated whereby it can be prevented from thermal deterioration. CONSTITUTION:On a metallic mold's skirt section which is to contact a side wall section 10 of a tire to be recovered, a thickness A is taken off to the skirt length D by flow stop from a total wall thickness C leaving a thickness B which is to be sufficient to bear inside pressure at the time of sulfurizing process. The removed section is to be filled with an insulator 3, such as asbestos, etc., and rubber 2 and then provided with insulation processing. |
