Double velvet loom - has adjustable spring for pile warp tension rod

The tension rod pressing against the row of pile warps, in a double warp velvet loom, is tensed by an elastic unit which can be adjusted to raise or lower its effect. The system prevents tracks from appearing in the woven double velvet, on stoppages, by controlling the length of the pile warps when the loom is at rest, using manual or automatic control.
