PURPOSE:A resin composition with excellent solvent resistance and impact resistance, which is prepared by mixing a polyphenylene oxide, a rubberlike material and a compound having a C-C double or triple bond, and a carboxyl group, etc., at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Purpose resin composition is obtained, by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of a resin comprising 5-95wt% of a polymer obtained by the oxidation polymerization of a phenol compound of the formula (wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are H, halogen, hydrocarbon or substituted hydrocarbon) such as phenol or m-cresol, and 95-5wt% of a polyamide, (B) 5-100pts.wt. of a rubberlike material, and (C) 0.01-50pts.wt. of a compound having a C-C double or triple bond, a carboxyl, an acid amide, an epoxy, an amino, or other groups in the molecule at the same time, e.g., maleamide or acrylamide, by means of melt-kneading etc. |
