PURPOSE:To provide a wrinkle-free lid, by suppling a heat-sealing material with a specified inner diameter against the outer diameter of a container opening, and positioning an elastic material with a specified hardness at a lower header in contact with the bottom of the container and also giving a specified relation against the container height to the distance between both upper and lower headers. CONSTITUTION:In a lower header 7 of a heat-sealing device, an elastic material 8 such as rubber or the like with Shore hardness ranging from 40 to 80 is arranged at the position contacting the container bottom. A heat-sealing material 1 is lightly drawn in advance to make a capform with winkles at the side thereof. Then the lid member 1 is determined to satisfy d<=D<=d+2mm for the inner diameter D against the outer diameter d of the container opening and both upper and lower headers are brought closer to be within h-2<=l<=hmm for the distance l against the container height h. As a result of the above conditions, the container and the lid are subjected to a compressive force. Next, high frequency current is ordinally applied to bond the lid member with heat to the periphery of the container opening 2a. Wrinkles of the lid member 1 are further prevented by means of the compression uniformly acted on the container 2. |
