<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of the product better than the conventional method, and to manufacture the titled yoke at low cost, by blanking a hole in the middle of the disk type blank, and by giving the press work to the circumferectial edge of this blank in order to preliminarily form the groove, and by forther pressing the grooved part to form it into the specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A hole 2 is blanked in the middle of the disk type blank 1 as the material; the circumferential edge of this blank 1 is subjected to the general-purpose press machine, in order to preliminarily form the circumferential groove 3; after that, the main formation is applied by the general-purpose press machine in order to form the yoke 6 provided with the cavity 5 for holding the electromagnetic coil of the specified U-type sectional shape. Or otherwise, it is also possible to directly form the U-type section without performing the above stated preliminary forming press work. Hereby, the yoke for use of the electromagnetic clutch, having been manufactured by the forging work until now, can be manufactured by the general- purpose press machine at low cost.</p> |
