发明名称 POLYMER PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER OF MULTILAYERED LAMINATION TYPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate connections even if lamination bodies increase in number, by using one piezoelectric film by folding and stacking it. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric film obtained by providing electrodes 16 and 17 on both sides of polymer piezoelectric body 15 is laid one upon another by being folded back and respective folded layers are bonded by adhesives 18 to obtain a lamination body of desired thickness. Then, lead wires are led out of electrodes 16 and 17 to constitute the transducer. Consequently, since the need to change connections of electrodes is eliminated even when the number of laminations increases, a minimum number of connections are only required and the constitution of the transducer is simplified. Further, the probability of a defective connection, a breakaway of the lead part bonding material or a fault due to the breaking of wire, so that the transducer of high reliability can be obtained.
