PURPOSE:To obtain a photographic material of improved antistatic characteristic without giving any adverse influence upon photographic characteristics by containing a polymer having the specific repetitive units in the constituting layer. CONSTITUTION:A polymer of about 1,000-100,000 mean molecular weights having repetitive units shown by the general formula I is added to the constituting layer (surface protecting layer, backing layer, overcoating layer, etc.) of the photographic material. The suitable amount of use of the above-mentioned polymer is about 0.05-20g per square meter of a photographic film. |
