PURPOSE:To control effectively the microphonic noise by supporting a getter at more than one positions and with supporting constructions of high rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A ring getter 8 is fixed to a supporting plate 9a at both ends of a diameter on the periphery of the ring. Thus the strength to an impact load is 5-10 times that of conventional getters, and accordingly the resonance frequency is increased. As a result, the microphonic noise can be diminished. |
