<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize an electromagnet device and to reduce the consuming electric power by a method wherein a coil being wound around a core, a magnetic movable piece, a restoring means and a complementary permanent magnet acting a special function are provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:A monostable electromagnet is constituted of a coil 2 being wound around a core 1, a magnetic movable piece 3, a restoring means (a permanent magnet) Mr and a complementary permanent magnet M1. The core 1 has H-shape, and the coil 2 is wound around the center part 11. The movable part 3 is made of two magnetic pieces A1, A2 being connected with a nonmagnetic substance, and a rotation center axis 31 passes through the center connecting part. The restoring permanent magnet Mr is sticked to the magnetic piece A2 at one side, and energizes the movable piece 3 to keep the restored state when the coil is not excited. The complementary permanent magnet M1 is arranged being placed between yokes 14, 15 confronting with the other side magnetic piece A1 to make the magnetic flux to pass in the core in the opposite direction when the coil is not excited. When the coil is excited, the flux passes through the movable piece 3 to complement the attractive force of the coil and to miniaturize the electromagnet.</p> |
