<p>The proposed distribution arrangement uses four main elements, a mains distribution box, distribution boxes and two sizes of flexible cable in various lengths. The mains distributions box which connects to the incoming electric supply is pre-wired to a set of female outlet sockets incorporated in the box which connect to a male plug fitted to a flexible cable, which may be prefabricated in a variety of lengths, terminating in a female socket which plugs into a male socket provided on one of several distribution boxes. The distribution boxes are pre-wired to connect the incoming cable to a number of female outlet sockets, into which flexible connecting leads are plugged to supply various power and lighting points in the installation.</p> |
