A substrate coated with a high-zinc organic material is glued to a second substrate. The gluing is effected by curing of an adhesive which contains a polymerisable vinyl monomer, an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polymer, a free radical polymerisation initiator, a mono- or polyfunctional organic sulphonyl chloride and optionally an accelerant. This gluing process is used in particular in bonding together metal sheets in the automotive industry which have a high-zinc coating, since it prevents corrosion.
