PURPOSE:To improve an operation property while removing dangers by a method wherein reaction generated in the direction of rotation or a straight line is instantaneously absorbed through an intermediate transmitting member, and impacts to operators are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:When a clamping tool 8 is connected to a material to be clamped, clamping work is conducted by driving a motor 3 and clamping torque reaches a fixed value, a torque controller 5 functions, and the tool 8 is suddenly stopped, thus generating an impact in the direction opposite to revolution at a case 2. When the reaction of the said case 2 is in the left rotatory direction, a bevel gear 13 unified with the case 2 is also turned left, but revolution is instantaneously transmitted to a free bevel gear 14 through a pinion 15 as an intermediate transmitting member, thus turning the gear 14 right. Consequently, when a projection piece 19 of the gear 13 collides with a contact portion 17 at the one side of a projection 16 of a frame body 10, a projection piece 20 of another gear 14 collides with a contact portion 18 at the other side of the projection 16, and the impact is eliminated as if both sides of the projection 16 were hit by the same force simultaneously. |
