PURPOSE:To improve the rapidness and accuracy of measurement by preventing an ion current with signals generated on skipping of sweep and needless ion current during skipping from being input to a small current amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A sweep signal from a sweep signal generator I is input to a sweep controlling circuit F to change an electric field or a magnetic field in a mass spectrograph analysis space. On the other hand, ion signals generated in flip-flop of the sweep signal generator I during a skip-period of sweeping are applied to an ion source controlling circuit E as ion current preventing signals. Thus, a needless ion current during skipping is prevented from being input to a small current amplifier D which would amplify the ion current. |
