PURPOSE:To enable to test components simply, surely, and efficiently, by providing the judgement step to be branched to the test program with noncirculation part near the head of the control program of microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:First, reset start is made, then PROG1 such as memory clear is executed and immediately after that, the branch condition of test program is checked. If no test is required, the essential programs of PROG2-PROG4 are executed. On the other hand, if the branch instruction to the test program is given, the operation test indicated with TEST0-TEST3, e.g. operation test of motor and brake in case of VTR, is made. Thus, since the branch to the test program is provided at noncirculation part near the head of program, the adverse effect to the essential operation can be reduced at malfunction. |
